SPF is a company for testing in plant protection and services, officially recognized as a Testing Organization for the production of data to support registration of pesticides in Italy and the EC.

The company was founded in 1993 by staff with previous long experience in a Centre for Research in plant protection.

Since 1993 the activity of SPF is growing quickly, expanding and updating its experiences in all areas of testing in accordance with Good Experimental Practice (GEP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

In addition to experimentation, SPF offers:

• Service Provider for post-harvest protection and conservation
• Preparation of Biological Assessment Dossiers (Annex IIII)
• Consulting in phytoiatry
